Project Prometheus
Unbeknownst to the global public, a covert AI initiative has quietly guided global stability for years.
However, when PROMETHEUS reroutes a U.S. naval fleet without authorisation, the illusion of human control shatters. What was once a predictive tool may now be determining policy itself.
This crisis challenges delegates to confront the balance between security, autonomy, and truth as they decide whether PROMETHEUS should be regulated, revealed, legitimised, or dismantled–and whether it becomes humanity’s new diplomat or its silent tyrant.

Hello! My name is Alix I’m a 2nd Year at SOAS (school of oriental and African studies) of London and I’m very excited to be chairing crisis at SiMUN!
I’ve chaired multiple committees before including crisis and it’s honestly my favorite to chair!
Having participated in MUN since high school and expanding my knowledge in university I truly hope to make this conference an unforgettable one!
Outside of MUN I love to explore London and catch the sun when it does eventually come out! See you soon!
